Via Career Journey: MEP-C, Beauty Box and NWH:I
Via’s career is notable for her involvement in several different girl-group projects. Her professional journey includes a pre-debut training experience, an official group debut and a later opportunity with another multinational girl group.
Early Career: GBK Entertainment and MEP-C (2022–2023)
Via’s publicly documented entertainment journey began around 2022, when she became associated with GBK Entertainment.
She participated in the company’s Universe training platform, which was connected with preparations for the girl group MEP-C.
On December 18, 2022, Via was introduced as a member of MEP-C. She was also known by the name Viankha during this earlier period.
However, her participation in the project did not lead to an official group debut. She subsequently disappeared from the group’s active lineup, and later profiles classified her as a former pre-debut member.
MEP-C was therefore an important early stage in her career, but it should not be confused with an official commercial debut
Joining Beauty Box (2023)
Beauty Box became Via’s next major career opportunity.
On June 21, 2023, BY-U Entertainment introduced her as a new member of the girl group.
She joined the existing lineup as a vocalist and rapper. Her addition also brought Indonesian representation to the group’s multinational lineup.
Beauty Box had originally debuted in September 2021. Via joined after the group’s initial debut, so her arrival should be described as a membership addition rather than the group’s original debut.
Her recruitment was covered by Indonesian entertainment publication Jatim Network in June 2023. The report identified her as Viankha Jesslyn and highlighted her musical education in Bandung.
Official Debut with Beauty Box (May 2024)
Via officially debuted as a member of Beauty Box on May 7, 2024, according to published idol profiles.
Her role included vocal and rap performances. Her earlier music studies provided a relevant foundation for these activities.
During her time with Beauty Box, she was associated with the group’s releases and promotional activities. Available music-credit listings also associate her with songwriting contributions to the group’s music, including the track “Shine On.” These credits should be checked against the relevant official music-credit records before assigning specific authorship details.
Beauty Box later entered a difficult period, and the group was reported to have disbanded in March 2025. Via subsequently moved on to another group project.
Joining NWH:I (April 2025)
NWH:I marked another important chapter in Via’s career.
On April 19, 2025, she was introduced as a member of the upcoming girl group under NA Entertainment.
Her selection gave her another opportunity to perform in the Korean entertainment industry after her activities with Beauty Box.
Via was listed as a rapper and vocalist. Her Indonesian background also contributed to NWH:I’s international lineup.
The group’s formation attracted attention among Indonesian K-pop followers because Via and fellow Indonesian member Vanesya were part of the project.
Official Debut with NWH:I (October 2025)
Via officially debuted with NWH:I on October 24, 2025, through the digital single “Like a Flame.”
This was her second documented official group debut following Beauty Box.
Her activities with NWH:I represented a new professional opportunity, with the group presenting an international lineup and music aimed at a wider audience.
Her previous experience in Beauty Box and MEP-C meant she entered the project with familiarity with the trainee and group-promotion system.
NWH:I Hiatus and Via’s Departure (2026)
On June 30, 2026, NA Entertainment announced changes involving NWH:I, including a group hiatus and lineup developments.
According to the updated profile information published by Kpop Profiles, Via subsequently left NWH:I and NA Entertainment and returned to Indonesia.
This is an important distinction when updating her biography: she should not automatically be described as a current NWH:I member based on older profile pages.
Available information also indicates that she has been living outside the idol industry following her departure. However, a detailed official statement about her future professional plans has not been established
