Lee Min-ho is a singer and actor from South Korea. With his role as Gu Jun-Pyo in Boys Over Flowers in 2009, he became well-known in Korea and parts of Asia. He is well-known for his parts in the films City Hunter (2011), The Heirs (2013), and Legend of the Blue Sea (2016).

When he was 15, he graduated from an elementary school. He worked as a part-time model in high school, earning 50000 won ($43.08 US) per day. He later majored in Film & Art at Konkuk University.

Lee Min-ho began his acting career by applying for tiny roles in TV dramas such as Nonstop 5 and Recipe of Love. Lee made his acting debut in the high-school drama Mackerel Run in 2007, but the series was shortened to only eight episodes due to low ratings.
