Former K-pop performer Sowon is a member of the band GFRIEND. We all understand how crucial it is for all K-pop idols to have a healthy body, a thin figure, and good hygiene. Sowon Diet Plan

Sowon once stated in an interview—about which Koreaboo also wrote in their article—that she had to undergo extreme diets in order to reduce weight. Prior to her return and crying, she mentioned eating tomatoes and cucumbers for three days.

Because they are all required to do so by their contracts, but you are not, I always advise you all not to adhere to their diets. So please don’t put your health at risk; even Sowon likes smoothies, coffee, ramen, etc. on a regular basis.

Sowon generally eats in moderation and balances junk food with healthy items, which may explain why she appears so trim and fit after working out. Unfortunately, she doesn’t provide a comprehensive diet, but you can follow the one I came up with for you people.
