Keeping him in shape is difficult for Jungkook, but since he is an idol, JK has no choice but to do so. JK has also admitted in V-Live that if Jungkook weren’t an idol, he could drink beer and eat whenever he wanted. However, because Jungkook is an idol, he is unable to do so.

Jungkook has a fairly straightforward regimen, but because of his excellent diet, his slim and muscular physique is maintained. The producers do not want Jungkook to work out in the gym and become fit, but he does. The reason why Jungkook’s workout is so straightforward is that they want him to maintain his boyish appearance and not put on too much muscle.

But he finds it uncomfortable to practice his vocals, dance, communicate, and other skills every day, which puts a strain on his body and causes him to expend a lot of energy and calories. Let’s see what JK does to maintain his physique now.

Dancing

Even when they are on tour, Jungkook and another member continue to rehearse for the shows and live performances. They practice dance for two to three hours per day, five to six days a week, on average. I also read in one article that they sometimes rehearse for more than four to five hours a day in order to finish the dancing swiftly.

Only Jungkook’s cardio routine is addressed in this training, which is the key factor in why no one in K-pop is obese since they dance so much and burn 500–900 calories per day. So make sure you burn that many calories when dancing or engaging in any other aerobic exercise if you want to maintain your lean physique.

Jungkook Diet Plan

That Jungkook adheres to a stringent diet regimen is accurate. As I previously mentioned, Jungkook has to follow a strict diet plan to keep his face looking svelte and make him appear youthful. For that, Jungkook primarily consumes salad and other low-calorie, low-carb foods.

For protein, Jungkook often consumes chicken and vegetables. Aside from that, he occasionally allows himself to have snacks. He does not, however, consume any fatty or oily foods that could contribute to weight growth. JK has severe paranoia and anxiety as soon as he puts on even a little weight. However, you can take a different approach and are not required to adhere to that strict diet if you want to work out and look like Jungkook. Follow this diet if you want to look like him:

Jungkook Workout Routine

Jungkook Workout Routine and Diet Plan [updated]: I wrote about Jungkook’s workout a long back, and I have since tweaked it a little. Another task that will be an update to the Jungkook fitness regimen should be written. Almost every day, we have witnessed the routine, which consists mainly of dancing. JK, though, is currently attempting to bulk up and get fitter.

He had started exercising adequately for that reason. Let’s review JK’s prior activities. His pre-workout consists of two hours of dancing followed by bodyweight exercises. That was plenty to keep him trim and athletic, but the rules have changed.

He is beginning to resemble the GOT7 and EXO members more, such as Jackson. Jungkook has developed a significant amount of muscle mass, making up the entirety of his weight gain. Let’s now discuss JK’s methods for maintaining his extreme fitness in more depth.

I won’t lie, after a while of research. I might find the things JK is doing by just visiting the JK fan page. A lot of weight training is involved in this workout, as well as boxing, as you can see in the video here. Their combination makes his training extremely effective.

Now, I’d estimate that he worked out for at least three to four hours per day. As the dancing practice alone takes two hours, the exercise will be completed with an hour of weight training and 20 to 30 minutes of boxing sessions. JK cannot possibly be doing all of that with constant momentum, though.

It would be ideal, in my opinion, to split these exercises into two parts. To achieve the ideal balance, you can train five days a week in the morning and the evening. Given how rigorous and prolonged the exercise is, you could work out four days a week and still profit. Let’s look at a plan I made for you guys to develop a body physique similar to JK’s now.

Morning Procedures

Stretching and workouts like dancing practice will be the main focus of the morning regimen. It would be ideal to take a dance class for one to two hours, therefore I suggest signing up. Doesn’t have to be hip-hop or popping; you may take any type of dance class, including Zumba and barre. It will make for a great cardio workout and give your body flexibility.

If you still don’t enjoy dancing, you could substitute a full cardio routine, however, I would strongly advise against doing so because it gets quite monotonous. Running, riding, etc., take hours to complete, and they are by no means as thrilling as dancing.

Evening Schedule

In the evening routine that will be our boxing workout, we’ll concentrate on our weight training and finisher cardio. So, starting with good training, I would believe that sticking to a regular schedule would be sufficient. You don’t need to engage in an extremely rigorous exercise regimen because JK has a really attractive and slender physique.

Complete your workout in under an hour if you keep it basic and only train one body area per day. You can begin the boxing workout once you’re finished with the weight routine. Keep the time between 20 and 30 minutes, and exercise vigorously.

Jungkook Diet Plan

JK continues to consume a lot of meat in order to follow the diet plan. I can’t confirm anything at the moment, but JK might be using the supplement. However, I came upon a video of him eating steak; to start, I don’t know why, but he seems really cute. He still looks cute when eating, even though I’m a guy, LOL.

I thus assume that he is getting as much protein from meat and other foods as he can. I’ll thus provide you a routine you might do to develop a physique akin to J.K.
