Jeno Workout Routine and Diet Plan: Lee Jeno is a singer, rapper, host, and member of the K-poo group NCT and its sub-unit NCT Dream. He also has a workout routine and a diet plan. But Jeno can also be seen in various NCT and NCT U sub-units, SM rookies, etc.

Depending on their schedule, students may practice their dance for five or six days a week, for two to three hours each day.

You certainly get a strong workout when you dance, which helps you burn a lot of calories. Dance practice can swiftly burn more than a thousand calories in just two hours. As a result, that is one of the best cardio workouts you could wish for because you will enjoy it and pick up a new skill while working out. Therefore, enroll in a dance class and practice an hour or two a day, five days a week.

Weight Training

Jeno maintains an intense diet while eating properly and not gaining much weight. Instant noodles are his preferred quick meal or onset. Sadly, I am unable to locate his usual diet or the diet he adheres to in order to maintain his health and fitness. So, if you do the exercises, I’ll give you a diet that, in my opinion, will help you attain a body like Jeno’s.
