Jaemin Workout Routine and Diet Plan: NCT Jaemin is a member of the NCT group and is a singer, rapper, and actor. Jaemin may also be found in NCT’s subunits, the NCT Dream, and NCT U. He’s also been on television shows such as Method to Hate You and My English Puberty 100 Hours.

Workout Routine for Jaemin

Jaemin is a growing star in the Kpop industry, despite the fact that he is still quite young. I’d create a regimen for you to follow in order to get in shape like Jaemin. We’ll exercise twice a day, dividing cardio and toning routines, as per my favorite Kpop routine. We’ll also keep the workouts to three hours per day and train five days a week.

Routine in the Morning

Evening Schedule

In the evening routine, we will focus on workouts that incorporate free body exercises and some stretching. You can also check out the video workouts that NCT posted on their V-Live channel. The goal is to concentrate on full-body exercises that will help you tone muscles, such as push-ups, squats, planks, crunches, and burpees. It will be the greatest option to stretch once you have completed your workout.
