Doyoung Workout Routine and Diet Plan: Doyoung is a singer best known for being a member of the K-pop group NCT and its subunits, the NCT U and the NCT 127. He has also appeared as a host and actor in programs including Lipstick Prince and SBS Inkigayo, among others.

After some searching, I only came across this video, which has Doyoung and other NCT members performing some simple exercises like push-ups and planks. I’m not sure whether that’s all he does, but there wasn’t anything else I could check.

While doing that, Doyoung also engages in another activity that serves as his primary form of exercise and occupies about two hours each day. He must continue with that dance routine because we are aware of how challenging their routine is while dancing. Stretching

Cardio

We’ll dance during the cardio just like all Kpop stars. The duration of the cardiac exercise will likely be between an hour and an hour and a half. Although you can substitute other aerobic workouts for this one, I suggest maintaining it in the dance routine.

Circuit Routine
