Diet Plan for Rosé

They still eat what they want, but they limit how much they consume. Now they just incorporate some healthy and light foods into their daily regimen.

As you can see in the video, Rosé isn’t big on diets; I think it’s more about balancing meals and eating late in the afternoon for her. It’s more like intermittent fasting and maintaining a healthy balance.

Also, if you can’t get used to it and feel hungry after those eight hours, drink green tea without lemon or honey. This will assist you in controlling your hunger and boosting your metabolism, which will aid in the digestion of food.

It also won’t break your fast because it has nearly no calories, so let’s get started on your diet and see what foods, like Rosé, will help you lose weight. Last but not least, drink at least 2 litres of water per day and stick to the workout.
