2Ne1 Sandara Park Workout Routine and Diet Plan: Sandara Park is a singer, actress, YouTuber, and dancer who was a member of the former K-pop girl group 2ne1. Sandara is best known for her role in films and television shows such as Cheese aim The Trap, We Broke Up, One Step, My Love From The Star, and others.

Dara is one of the most well-known vocalists and one of the few who launched a Youtube channel after leaving the group, while few idols do so and instead focus on acting or modeling. she, on the other hand, pursued acting and established a YouTube account, but I wish she was more active there.

Dara must keep her thin shape to be on top of her career because she is still quite active. So, what are some of Dara’s favorite ways to keep in shape? I noticed her Instagram and it gave me an idea of what Dara can do to keep in shape on a regular basis. It isn’t, however, her regular regimen.

Even though Dara was in a group and vigorously training, I spotted this image of her in the gym on her Instagram. Dara used to attend the gym, as seen in this AllKpop article, and it was always a part of her training to stay in shape. There was no indication, though, of what Dara used to do in her gym routine.

Dara’s other workout, even after she left the group, is the dancing routines. Dara has posted some choreographic videos to her YouTube channel, which you can view here. That activity is enough to burn a lot of calories and give you a good cardio workout.

So, let’s turn these activities into a regimen that you can stick to. We’ll work out five days a week, alternating between cardio and circuit gym programs. Beginners should avoid starting with this regimen if they have never done this program before.
