We prioritize sources in roughly this order:

Official award organizations

Secondary Sources

Established entertainment publications
Reputable news organizations
Verified interviews and industry reporting

Supporting Sources

Reliable reference databases may be used for background information, but important claims should be checked against stronger sources whenever practical.

What We Don’t Treat as Proof by Itself

We do not automatically treat the following as sufficient confirmation:

  • anonymous social media posts
  • fan rumors
  • copied blog posts
  • unsourced claims
  • AI-generated summaries
  • search-engine snippets without checking the source
  • anonymous forum discussions

When Information Cannot Be Verified

We may explicitly write:

“This information has not been officially confirmed.”

or

“KpopBio could not verify this claim from a reliable public source.”

We prefer acknowledging missing information rather than guessing.
